Ryan Woods is the Director of Woods Valuation Services and a Certified Practising Valuer with over 15 years' experience in the property valuation industry across Brisbane and South-East Queensland.
Throughout his career, Ryan has undertaken a broad range of residential and commercial valuation assignments, developing particular expertise in complex and specialised matters. His experience includes residential and commercial property valuations, rental assessments and determinations, taxation and retrospective valuations, SMSF valuations, insurance valuations, and valuations for financial reporting and legal purposes.
Ryan is also an approved Specialist Retail Valuer under the Retail Shop Leases Act 1994, with experience in statutory retail rental determinations and other complex rental matters.
Ryan combines extensive industry experience with detailed research, professional judgement and clear communication, with a focus on providing well-researched and well-supported valuation reports.
